Abstract
Tinjil Island provides a natural habitat breeding facility (NHBF) for a free-ranging population of over 2200 long-tailed macaques. .. we conducted a study focusing on the behavioral ecology of one moderately provisioned group. .. Rest accounted for 33.4% of the Tinjil macaque time budget followed by locomotion (21.6%), groom (20.9%), feed/forage (19.7%), and other (4.4%).
