Naltrexone for treatment of acral lick dermatitis in dogs (1990)

Abstract

Seven of eleven dogs showed improvement with healing of the lesions and cessation of licking wuring treatment with naltrexone, and opioid antagonist. But all of these dogs relapses when medication was withdrawn.
