Housing Husbandry and Welfare Provision for Animals Used in Toxicology Studies: Results of a UK Questionnaire on Current Practice (1994) (1994)
Hubrecht, R. C.
Abstract
Behavioral abnormalities appeared to be more common in Old World primates than marmosets. This may have been due to the fact that they tend to be single-housed, as the site which group-housed their animals reported that the incidence of all specified abnormalities was too low to quantify. ... Generally more attempts to improve welfare were made for marmosets than for Old World primates.
