Abstract

Family groups of marmosets were moved from a greenhouse enclosure to caged environments of increasingly limited size and stimulation. Social behaviors such as approach, follow, play, and grooming declined substantially. ... Nonsocial behaviors such as scent marking and locomotion also decreased.
