Abstract

Families of marmosets were tested. The introduction of cage furniture - unlike increased cage space - seemed to have a greater effect on the animals' behavioural repertoires. The enrichment enhanced .. play and exploratory activities, whereas stereotypical and stress outcomes were reduced significantly.
